How it works

From first sign-up to a documented meeting

A clear flow for both sides, with the same rules for everyone. Here's exactly what happens on SELA.

For companies

How healthcare companies book

  1. 01

    Step 1

    Register and get verified

Create your company account and upload your legal documents. A SELA admin reviews them — usually within two working days.

  2. 02

    Step 2

    Invite your team

Add medical representatives and managers with the right permissions. Everyone books from the same company wallet.

  3. 03

    Step 3

    Fund your wallet

Top up in USD by card through Stripe. Turn on auto-recharge with a minimum balance so campaigns never stall.

  4. 04

    Step 4

    Search and book

Filter doctors by specialty, city, hospital, language and meeting type. The full total, including any discounts and SELA's fee, is shown before you confirm.

  5. 05

    Step 5

    Prepare and meet

Attach your product brochure, chat with the provider about the agenda, then meet on Google Meet or at the doctor's location.

  6. 06

    Step 6

    Rate and review

Rate each meeting, report any problems, and follow spend and outcomes in your analytics.

For providers

How hospitals, clinics and doctors publish their time

  1. 01

    Step 1

    Register your organization

Hospitals, clinics and independent doctors apply with their licenses. SELA verifies every provider before the first booking.

  2. 02

    Step 2

    Add doctors and departments

Hospitals and clinics add their doctors, specialties and locations. Independent doctors set up a single profile.

  3. 03

    Step 3

    Set availability and price

Define weekly hours, meeting length, online or on-site, and the price per meeting.

  4. 04

    Step 4

    Choose how bookings are confirmed

Accept instantly, or review and approve each request. Add sales, coupons or first-booking offers when you want more demand.

  5. 05

    Step 5

    Hold the meeting

Every booking comes with the company, the rep, the product and any brochure. Online meetings include a Google Meet link.

  6. 06

    Step 6

    Get paid

Once a meeting is completed, your earnings are added to your balance and paid out to your account.

Booking lifecycle

Every booking has a clear status

Both sides see the same status in realtime, with a notification at every change.

  1. Requested

The company picks a slot; payment is held from the wallet.

  2. Confirmed

Instantly, or once the provider approves.

  3. Upcoming

Reminders, chat and attachments ahead of the meeting.

  4. Completed

The meeting took place; the provider's earnings are released.

  5. Rated

Both sides can leave feedback for the record.

Declined

If the provider declines, the full amount returns to the wallet.

Cancelled

Refunds follow the cancellation policy below.

Disputed

A SELA admin reviews and decides the outcome.

Cancellations & refunds

The cancellation policy, in full

Applied automatically, shown before every booking, identical for every organization.

  1. More than 48 hours before

    Full refund

Cancel freely — the full amount returns to your wallet instantly.

  2. 24 to 48 hours before

    50% refund or free rebook

Take half back, or move the meeting to another slot with the same doctor at no cost.

  3. Less than 24 hours before

    The booking stands

The doctor has reserved this time for you. If something went wrong, open a dispute.

When a doctor cancels

The company always gets a full refund or a free rebook — at any time. Provider cancellations are tracked and visible to SELA.

Disputes & trust

When something goes wrong, there's a process

Most meetings go exactly as planned. For the rest, SELA steps in.

No-shows

If either side doesn't show up, report it from the booking. We review the timeline and messages, then refund or release payment accordingly.

Quality issues

If a meeting wasn't what was agreed — wrong duration, wrong person, unprofessional conduct — open a dispute within 72 hours.

Decisions by people

Disputes are reviewed by SELA admins, not bots. Both sides can add context before a decision is made.

Tracked reliability

Cancellations, no-shows and ratings build a reliability record that helps everyone book with confidence.

Your next meeting with a doctor could be booked in minutes.
