About SELA
SELA — صِلة, from the Arabic for link or connection — is a Jordanian company building a respectful, transparent marketplace for the meetings that keep doctors informed about new medicines and devices.
Why we started
In Jordan, most product meetings between medical representatives and doctors still happen the same way they did decades ago: reps arrive at a hospital, wait in a corridor, and hope a consultant has a spare minute between patients.
Doctors are interrupted and never compensated for their time. Reps spend most of their day waiting instead of presenting. Companies pay for field teams without knowing which meetings actually happened. And hospitals have no fair, visible way to organize any of it.
SELA replaces that with a simple idea: doctors publish the time they're willing to give, at a price they set, and verified companies book it — online or on-site, confirmed in advance, paid up front and documented from start to finish.
Respect for a doctor's time is respect for their patients' time.

What we value
A doctor's hour has value. We make sure it's respected and compensated.
Every organization is reviewed by our team before it can book or be booked.
The same cancellation, refund and dispute rules apply to everyone — and they're shown before you commit.
Built in Amman for Jordanian professionals, with Arabic and English treated as equals.
Verification
No one books or accepts a meeting on SELA until our team has reviewed who they are.
The organization registers and submits its legal documents: commercial registration, licenses and the authorized signatory.
A SELA admin checks every document against official records and may request clarification.
Approved organizations get a verified badge and can invite their team, publish slots or book meetings.
Ratings, cancellations and disputes are tracked. Repeated problems are reviewed and can lead to suspension.
