Joining is free and there are no subscriptions. The provider sets the meeting price and SELA adds a service fee, shown at checkout before you confirm.

Companies top up a shared USD wallet by card. Bookings are paid from it, and refunds are credited back to it instantly.

What is auto-recharge?

What if I cancel a booking?

More than 48 hours before: full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours: a 50% refund or a free rebook with the same doctor. Less than 24 hours: no refund.

How are organizations verified?
